Cyber culture, much like computing, is made of three major elements: Hardware, Software & Humanware. only the combination of these three elements in every process over the web will conclude in some kind of a meaningful result.

During our travel of the web, we encounter different Software tools, such as Search Engines and Email & we have to learn how to use them. My goal, as the editor of this zine, is to show you, my readers, the different options you have (as I belive "What you can't see doesn't exist, as far you're concerned") and send you away with some useful advice which will benefit your use of the web.
